How We Work

Design

Initial consultation – A designer will discuss your project and take a comprehensive brief from you. This will include style, space and budget. An appointment to do the site measure will then be made. Work can also be done from existing plans.

Design Presentation – This will include computer-aided designed scale drawings of your own bathroom with a couple of options on the new layout of your designer bathroom. It will also include sketches, specification of sanitary and brassware, wall and floor finishes, lighting, cabinetwork and window treatments. Once the layout has been finalized, elevations specifying all plumbing and electrical points, as well as cabinetwork, mirrors, tiles and accessories are specified.

Budgets & Estimate – You will be supplied with a full break down of costs.

Consult

An appointment to visit the site or to look at plans is made. After the brief has been established, Bespoke Bathrooms will accompany the client to bathroom retailers to view the products that have been recommended.

Build

Project management – Once we receive your acceptance of our estimate we will place all orders and manage the installation, from design to the finish. We can offer this service in cooperation with your appointed builder or we can arrange to do the building work for you.
